NC Industrial Commission

Mr. Lee has conducted training for our agency for the past two years. Each time, I heard the following comment from our staff, “That is the best training I’ve had on violence prevention!” The training that he conducted is so relevant to the work that our staff does on a daily basis. He provided simple but effective ways to handle crisis situations. More importantly, he provided strategies to prevent workplace activities from turning into a crisis.

I enjoyed the webinar. It was helpful and provided necessary tips to help prevent potential violence or confrontations in the workplace. I think it is important that we had the time to focus on the importance of how we handle unhappy clients. The information provided will be useful in our office as we deal with the public very regularly. Thank you!
